Why everyone keeps coming back.

Situated in the heart of Kingsport, TN, Bojangles stands out as a vibrant destination for lovers of Southern and American comfort food. This beloved restaurant is a true haven for chicken enthusiasts, offering a menu that masterfully highlights bold, flavorful seasoning and made-from-scratch biscuits that capture the essence of Southern cooking at its best.

At Bojangles, the menu is a celebration of perfectly cooked chicken, whether you’re craving the crispy, golden 4-piece Chicken Supremes Combo—four tender chicken breast strips marinated in a robust blend of spices—or the milder yet equally satisfying Homestyle Tenders Combo. Each meal is thoughtfully paired with a freshly baked biscuit, a hearty fixin’, and a refreshing medium drink, creating a well-rounded, soulful dining experience that’s both comforting and invigorating.

For family gatherings or group cravings, their Family Meals are a true highlight. The 8pc and 12pc Chicken Meals deliver generously seasoned chicken pieces alongside multiple biscuits, fixins, and a half-gallon of thirst-quenching tea—perfectly designed to satisfy varied tastes and appetites. And for younger guests, the Kid's Meals like the Handbreaded Bo Bites™ and the Chicken Leg Kids' Meal provide delicious, kid-friendly options that combine fun and flavor in every bite.

The atmosphere at this Bojangles location is welcoming and efficient, embodying the spirited pace of a fast-casual Southern eatery while still providing a warm, family-friendly environment. Customers consistently praise the attentive, friendly staff who seem genuinely invested in making each visit enjoyable. With plenty of parking and a dining area that stays clean and comfortable even during peak times, it’s a reliable choice whether you’re stopping by for a quick breakfast or a satisfying takeout dinner.

From the comforting aroma of freshly fried chicken to the buttery flakiness of their signature biscuits, Bojangles delivers an immersive Southern dining experience that stays true to its roots while meeting the needs of today’s fast-paced lifestyle. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Kingsport, this restaurant promises consistently robust flavors, speedy service, and a welcoming place to savor a taste of Southern hospitality.

Guest reviews reinforce this sentiment, with many highlighting the consistently hot, flavorful food and polite, cheerful staff. Nick Palmer sums it up perfectly, mentioning the great breakfast options and efficient service, while Dave Redd calls this the best-run Bojangles in the region, emphasizing its cleanliness and the upbeat attitude of its employees. These genuine experiences underline Bojangles as not just a spot for great chicken, but a place where quality and customer care come together seamlessly.

Great place for breakfast. Fast service, good food. Lots of choices, food and coffee are always served hot. They do get busy at certain times, but there's plenty of parking. Friendly service. Can't go wrong here in the morning!

The BEST run Bojangles I have visited in TN, NC, SC. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, freshly cooked food. Employees seem to enjoy the work. I drive across town to this location most of the time rather than visit one closer to me not nearly as good.

Good food on this visit. The worker that cleans the dining room is really sweet and polite. The guy that took our order was having A bad day and not too happy with customers. I understand people have bad days or don't want to be at work but customer service is everything. We love to eat here.

It was the perfect visit. Our server was absolutely precious and had the best sense of humor. She just "got it". When I asked for a sliced onion for my beans and biscuits, that child brought me an entire sliced onion. I didn't have to keep asking for more. She meant business. She put us in the corner at a round table which is my favorite and took care of us as if we were family. Other servers kept visiting the table to help out also which blessed my soul. It was just the best visit. The food was amazing and my boys were happy. Every employee was on point and we will definitely be back.

Visiting Tennessee and we were told to check this place out. We do not have one back home. The one thing we noticed is they are always busy. Like lines to the road. We got enough sides for everyone to try. It was good. I was a little sad that we could not go in or they were out of the home style chicken, but I work in a restaurant so I know the pains they are going through and they have no control over it. People need to have compassion through these B.S. times and support your local businesses. Some people actually want to come to work so be nice to them. I would definitely visit this place again if I was in the are.

This location frequently has inconsistent food quality and service. On my last visit, I had a few questions about a menu election that isn’t displayed on the board. The cashier was seemingly new so what I assume to be the manager came over and seemed very annoyed to be answering my questions. I ordered a meal that included 12 Supremes. When I got home and opened my packages, several of the chicken tenders were just small pieces of tenders. In some cases they were about 1/3 of the size of an appropriate chicken tender. I was very disappointed. This happens frequently. Very poor food quality. I would not recommend this location.
